Hi we're Ian & Nikki Penford, after more than 20 years of working in the Construction & Corporate Real Estate Industries,
ranging from Interior Design & Colour Consulting, House Design & Sales, Building, to Display and Holiday home staging.
We provide Design & Colour Consultation for interior and exteriors for all Homes or Professional Spaces of any size and budget. We offer professional service, attention to detail, listening to clients desires and requests and assist with providing design solutions for all areas to achieve each clients specific outcomes.
Our business allows us to travel and explore Design and Property trends around Australia and abroad being able to create on trend Design in a way that will remain stylish and fashionable for years to come regardless of changing trends.
After being in the Construction & Corporate Real Estate Industry
WHERE IT ALL STARTED: Ian started his Carpentry building career as a small Business owner constructing Custom homes i and Volume Builder Properties for over 15 years, past 8 years specialising in Building Consulting for various aspects Commercially and Residential. My career began 20 years ago as a Colour Consultant for the Volume Builder Housing sector while I was completing my Interior Design Diploma. I moved into Display Home team working on Design, Planning and staging the homes. After a few years I moved into New Home Real Estate Sales in the Volume Building Industry & Custom Construction Industry where I spent the bulk of my career assisting clients to create homes from scratch based on land / view aspects right down to furnishings and colour consultation.
OUR PASSION FOR ALL THINGS RELATING TO PROPERTY! I have always loved everything about Real Estate and Interior/Exterior Design. We love to travel to exoctic locations and often find people talk about how amazing their holiday resort was, we believe you should have that all the time!! Our keen focus is creating comfortable, functional and inviting indoor and outdoor spaces, places that you are proud to be in and love to share with others as well as creating a relaxed environment in both casual and formal type settings.
